In my early 20’s, I was living on burnout, toxic relationships, and chasing the wrong goals. I looked sucsessful on the outside, but inside i was exhausted and unfulfilled.
Everything shifted when i began working on my self-worth, discovering the power of mindset, and choosing to honour myself. I learrned that confidence isnt just about how you feel within, its also about how you show up, how you communicate, and even how you present yourself to the world. As i changed, my business, relationships, health, finances and business began to thrive.
Now, as a confidence and communication coach, I help others do the same. To uncover their worth, speak with clarity and to impact and create careers and lives that feel aligned, authentic, and well presented on the inside and out.

I’m not just a coach, I’m a business owner who has built and sustained multiple long-standing businesses. I understand the real challenges of leading people, building culture, and keeping teams aligned.
Over the past decade, I’ve managed over 40 staff across different industries, creating workplaces with exceptionally low staff turnover and strong cultures built on trust, clarity, and confidence.
But beyond the business results, I’ve spent years investing in my own personal growth, aligning with my values and core beliefs, and choosing to lead with truth and integrity. Doing this inner work has been the most important factor in how I show up as a leader. When I look after myself, I’m able to show up at my best for my business, my career, and the people I lead.
